I was employed for 6 months and my role involved customer service ,cash handling, and ensuring the Sports Shop was neat and tidy, all equipment in place and ready for day to day operation. I was also responsible for handling the daily and weekly float and ensuring that everything added up with no discrepencies. I was also involved in training and supporting new staff members and assisted them in learning how to use the cash register and answered any of their questions and queries about the role.
